Delivery + Returns

ORDER PROCESSING:

Once payment is accepted, your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. If your order is placed on a US Postal Service holiday, then it will be processed the next following business day.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority. 1-to-3-day Express Shipping is available through UPS for an addition charge of $9.99. Shipping to Hawaii will be an additional $5.99.

If USPS Priority shipping is selected, please allow approximately 5 business days for your order to be delivered once its shipped. 

We currently do not ship internationally or to Canada.

If you feel that there is an unusually long delay in receiving your order or if there is any issue at all, please send us a message at orders@joulebeautyco.com and we will gladly help you track your order or find a solution. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are here to help!

BACK ORDERS:

At Joule Beauty Co, we pride ourselves in carrying a generous inventory of products however, if we are out of stock of any products included in your order, we will notify you within 24-48 hours. You will be given an option of waiting for us to fulfill your order when items are restocked or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us if products remain unopened and unused. Health and safety is extremely important to us which is why we will not able to accept opened or partially used products.

In the unlikely occurrence that the items in your order are damaged, we can reship a new order at no additional cost, or we can grant you a full refund,
